In the development of the rear structure—which plays a central role in the aerodynamics and efficiency of the CityAirbus NextGen—new standards were set through a highly integrated design without structural riveting. CityAirbus_NextGen
To meet the strict weight requirements, the box-wing design was developed in accordance with the SC-VTOL certification specification and the standard Airbus Helicopters requirements. The structural components were manufactured in a single production step to save cost, time, and weight. CityAirbus_NextGen

For the European Championships Munich 2022, GERG, in collaboration with BMW, built four remote-controlled model vehicles of the BMW iX1 type at a scale of 1:4. Like their full-sized counterpart, the model vehicles are fully electric. All models were equipped with detailed aluminum rims and functional headlights. BMW Retrieval Car
When building these 1.1-meter-long vehicles, we particularly stand out due to our diverse company structure and extensive in-house manufacturing capabilities. The production process began with the model design in CATIA, followed by CAM programming for component manufacturing on our milling centers, where the bodywork and chassis parts were produced. All components were finished and painted by our surface specialists. The assembly of the lighting units was carried out by our subsidiary, GERG Lighthouse.
